• Ensure patient Visa, security clearance and travel documents can be obtained.

STEP 2

• Primary Triage / No-obligation consultation.
  
• Collect preliminary details (E.g.: diagnostics reports and Physician recommendations).
  
• Healthcare provider matching exercise.
  
• Assumptions , constraints and dependency based draft medical plan preparation.
  
• Provide walkthrough of the draft medical plan to the patient and obtain approval.
  
• Obtain binding agreement of medical plan with healthcare provider.
  
• Provide post discharge and rehabilitation draft plan with rough estimates (re evaluated and finalized post surgery).
  
• Complete payment formalities.

STEP 3

• Identify travel needs and draft travel plan preparation.
  
• Identify dietary and accommodation requirements from patient.
  
• Provide walkthrough of the draft travel plan and accommodation plan to the patient and obtain approval.
  
• Obtain binding agreement with travel agency and accommodation provider.

STEP 4

• Receive patient and companion on arrival at the airport and drop off at the designated accommodation.
  
• Language translator services provided.
  
• Transportation services provided between accommodation and healthcare provider.
  
• Perform patient pre-screening, treatment/ surgery dates finalized.
  
• Local tourism and sight seeing arranged as per the package selected by the patient.

STEP 5

• Dedicated service coordinator addresses all the needs throughout the treatment life cycle. E.g. Inter departmental appointments, Lab services etc.
  
• Re-visit post discharge and rehabilitation draft plan and finalize the cost with patient and obtain approval.
  
• Complete payment formalities.

STEP 6

• As per the medical plan if an extended stay is required patient is provided with accommodation.
  
• During extended stay para medical services provided as required.
  
• A dedicated service coordinator continue to assist the patient during recovery period.

STEP 7

• Once healthcare provider is satisfied with patient recovery, after stay is planned according to the package(Wellness, Alternate therapy, Pleasure and Pilgrimage) selected by the patient.

STEP 8

• Provide assistance for return journey E.g. confirming the ticket, drop off at the airport and check-in service.

STEP 9

• All the contact details of Janani medical tourism and patient healthcare provider is provided for future reference.
  
• Follow up and satisfaction survey conducted by independent third party.
